Cute skirt but was too

Cute skirt but was too tight. The tie is real so it does cinch the waist if anyone was wondering. I sized up in a large after exchanging and as a curvy girl the tie saved me! Love that I am able to have a mini skirt fit my butt and waist while being affordable!
