The stone is colorless. I wouldn’t even say it is pale blue. It has no color whatsoever. I could see the color of my skin through the stone. It looks like a piece of glass. I wrote to Effy to see if they had one with more color but they told me I had to deal with Macy’s.
Excellent Value
Beautiful ring . Very shiny light pale blue . I purchased in person so I knew what to expect . For other reviews I see about it being pale blue. When you study aqua marine the pictures always look More blue for the most part . It’s not a good idea to purchase gems online as the camera lens picks up colors very differently especially with the lighter gems . If you want a natural deeper aqua marine the price point will be much higher. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Very Sparkly Showpiece
I was not expecting this ring to sparkle as much as it does, the pictures don’t do it justice. Yes, the Aquamarine center stone is not a bright cut, but it’s a classic cut, so it may appear lighter on your finger, but to me it’s still gorgeous and looks remarkable on my skin tone and hand/finger size. Perfect for a cocktail ring or anniversary ring.

Unremarkable and Disappointing
This Ring was disappointing, The Stone appeared flat and color was pretty pale in comparison to the picture, with a huge window. Even though I got it at a great price I returned it, I'm still searching for the perfect Aqua

Beautiful Ring
Love my new ring! Beautiful!
I wanted to keep it but the color is so pale. I am not even expecting medium blue like the picture shows, a light blue would be great enough, but I can barely find a hint of blue in this aquamarine. So I returned it.
Love the ring but my stone is clear. Wish it had more color.

Not happy
The color wasn’t what I wanted. It was supposed to be blue and it was almost clear. I returned it.
