I’ve had my eyes on this necklace for 2 years! My husband bought them for me for Christmas this year. I’d be lying if I said I was 100% satisfied. The pearls had some flaws and were not packages as they should have been. However, I’m a realist consumer. Flawless pearls this mm would have never been in my price range. No one is ever going to be so close to notice any flaws. I wear them with pride and enjoy every moment looking classy as heck!
Do not purchase this
It has a gazillion pock marks that are hideous. Not even worth the sale price. I was truly disappointed; wanted to love it but naaah.

Disappointed. It would have been a lovely oiece if not for the fazilluin pock marks!!!

Tahitian Pearls
Before my purchase, I read both reviews on this piece. The one star review and the five star review. After receiving the piece, I’d say that I can relate to both reviewers. The pros for me, is that I was able to purchase this on sale, pay in installments, and it is a beautiful unique piece. Round Tahitian pearls that size are expensive and certainly more rare than white pearls. The areas of disappointment are related to the packaging - the pearls came in a bag, left on my porch, no signature required, and had little padding. I was also a bit sad that it had so many scratches and blemishes. The color is also not as green as it is in the picture. That being said, I tried it on multiple times, with different outfits and decided to keep it, because in spite of the imperfections, I couldn’t take my eyes off the piece. It is still a beautiful unique piece. I wouldn’t have paid full price for it, but for what I paid, I thought it was an ok purchase.
Disappointed
I returned the necklace. It had many blemish and pits. One pit was large and and many layers of nacre were exposed. The cost of necklace did not reflect the poor quality of the pearls. The pear quality should have been a lot higher. I was very disappointed with Effy's poor judgement when they priced this necklace and presented it to Macy's to sell.
Beyond My Expectations!
When I opened the box, I only could say "Wow!". It was beyond my expectations. It says 10 mm pearls. But does it mean 10 mm guaranteed!? The pearls close to the clasp were 10 mm, but towards the center, pearl gets larger. The larger pearls are oversized, about 12mm, and the largest one is 14mm! The Color is as described, and perfectly round. There are few tiny flaws, but luster and the rich color hide them all. Actually, I like having those tiny flaws which prove the pearls are real. I got this on sale. I am a very happy customer.
