Loved this neck until the pearls fell sad face

I bought this necklace in April of 2024 and now the pearls are bunched together in places and not static like use to be and I am devasted. I reached out to Macy's, and they said to reach out to EFFY. I hope they fix or replace this.

Necklace never delivered

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a necklace I purchased with same-day delivery. The item never arrived. I contacted Macy’s customer service multiple times, but the issue was not resolved. Instead, I was advised to write a letter to customer care, which is frustrating given that this was supposed to be a same-day delivery and the problem remains unresolved. I would like a clear explanation as to why my order was not delivered and immediate resolution, either a full refund or replacement. Please address this matter as soon as possible. Thank you, Tevin
