Necklace is great but the packaging is terrible.

So, I buy ALOT of jewelry from Macy’s both for gifts and myself, and lately its rare that I receive expensive fine jewelry in a decent box for gift giving….it’s always in a plastic bag that has to be put in a velveteen pouch…this makes it so cumbersome for the person receiving to get it out of the plastic bag\pouch and even see what it is…such a terrible presentation. Why is Macy’s being so cheap when hundreds and hundreds of dollars and many times thousands are spent by the customer on fine jewelry…i have called and complained with no changes made. Please do something!!
