Be gentle.

I LOVE this and got a great deal, BUT on the 6th day the chain broke. Partly my fault as I pulled on it to move it around my neck. I have the warranty but no way on Black Friday would I bring it in the store. The store said sold out, so no way could I exchange it. EFFY said 4- 6 week turnaround. (It has since been restocked and I could have exchanged it but meant going to the mall during the crazy season.) I brought it to local jeweler and he fixed it for $15. Money well spent. I asked if I needed a stronger chain, and he said chain was fine and it was just one of those things. I did notice that it has a little loop on chain which lets you wear it at 16" or 18". Very cool feature i did not know about.

Not worth the money

Went to go pick up the necklace it was so small I couldn't believe it I didn't even walk out the store with it and returned it as soon as possible it is not worth the money it looks so cheap and small very small
