Disappointing

I ordered this ring on-line so didn't see it until I picked it up. Where the topaz was supposed to be the holes were empty. I contacted EFFY to find out my options but they were not at all helpful. I ended up returning the ring. Very dissatisfied with the ring but Macys could not have been more cooperative.
