Macys terrible customer service don’t buy

Terrible customer service I bought two rings from Macy's and I haven’t received the order yet they don’t even wanna help me don’t buy if you have any issue they won’t help you

Super light

Ring was super light with an incredibly paper thin shank. I was sure it wouldn't hold up well especially being sterling silver which is a softer metal. Decided it was best to return it. Surprised and disappointed considering the quality of all the other Effy rings I've owned.

It’s Worth It..

The ring looks better in person than online. It shines beautifully & I get a lot of compliments. It’s worth it. Effy has great craftsmanship & I own a lot of pieces by Effy.
