Warning: GOLD-PLATED

I was a bit dissapointed to find the ring is Gold-plated (read the description); which means that the gold will fade with time including normal wear. The gold accent will disappear and it will turn silver color. The diamonds are quite a bit smaller than the pictures appear to show. Since the ring is sterling silver, it is noticeably lighter than gold. Macy's associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and kindly assisted me with the return. My expectation to add this ring to my gold collection was incorrect.

NOT A DIAMOND RING

I am absolutely appalled at the fact that you can write anything in the description of the item to fool customers. You have embarrassed me infront of my partner! The top headline clearly says diamond ring yet when we went to the jeweler to test it - it turned out to be moissanite! Do you realize how long I’ve been your customer?! You are liars and along with returning this ring I will never ever shop for jewelry here again! Macys and Effy are liars!
