I love EFFY but not this ring

I absolutely love EFFY jewelry and love the rings. This is the first time I have been disappointed. It does not look like the photo. The gold plating is barely visible, there is no inscription on the band, you cannot see the stones in the ring around the gold plating, and it is not the same as you'll see in the photo. I think they did a bait and switch, it isn't EFFY quality.
