WORST COMPANY

How dare you try to force me to pay for something I never received or sign for. And you say to reply & take your time to do so & still reply the same answer. I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT AS I NEVER RECEIVED OR SIGNED FOR IT. I will also stop purchasing from Macys for good & you will lose me as a Platinum customer forever. You are the worst customer service I have ever had. I expect my refund & I also put dispute with credit card company.
