Bad quality

After less than a year, the rings gold went away. Macy’s is trying to state that the ring online had a part where we should talk about warranty through Macys along with Effy. There is no part on there stating you need other warranty through Macy’s to get the gold dipped back into the ring or it even cleaned. Now Effy and Macys will not clean the ring nor dip it, so now I have to go to a different jeweler that will do it. I guess I won’t be purchasing any other fine jewelry if you’re treating good customers like this.
