Misled by Macy’s on this product!

I was misled by this product, thinking it contained diamonds, when it only contains white Zircon! Worse off, Macy’s customer service would not perform a reasonable exchange or at least provide store credit rather than a refund when I finally discovered this mistake.

This is not a diamond ring false and misleading

Item description fir product describes in detail the diamonds wieght clarity etc. Ring just showed up and its tag says zircon. Also doesn't have effy stamp on inside ring. Macys is selling snake oil. See pics
