Used Item Shipped

Macy' shipped out an old used bangle noted due to its tarnished silver look and blackened clasp. Has been a nightmare getting them to honor the purchase price and reship the item again. Not satisfied with Macy's customer service and their response turn around time.

I got it in March 19th and today March 30th it is broken. I bought it as a birthday present for myself. I am unlucky because I did not buy the insurance. Who was going to think that this was going to happen so soon? Please, do not waste your money buying this piece.

Beautiful colorful pendant on a superb necklace.

This is a beautiful jewelry piece that I gifted to someone who is extremely difficult to shop for, since she has just about everything. The gems on the necklace are clear, crisp, and well designed. The gold around the gems makes this pendant stand out, and the chain is of very high quality. Overall, this necklace is the right size, not too big or small. Another version of this necklace with perhaps twice as many gems may have been too large and long for her neckline. If you know someone who has only the finest pieces of jewelry, this is an elegant colorful piece that should match almost any outfit.

Almost Perfect

This bracelet is very stunning and a definite statement piece. The only issue is that one of the two clasps was very loose and would not stay closed. Needle nose plyers and a little work to tighten up the faulty clasp seems to have done the trick; but for Effy and the price, seems like they could do a little better on the quality control. I absolutely love the bracelet but am still paranoid when wearing it that somehow the clasp will open back up again.

Don’t hesitate!

I have been looking at this necklace for a long time and the Black Friday sale made it not only affordable but also allowed me to purchase earrings also. Macy’s 12 month no interest payment schedule made me have no regrets about buying both. Merry Christmas to myself!

impressive necklace

I was amazed when I tried this necklace on in the store. Later I ordered it during a sale. Mine arrived with the stone patterns upside down in comparison to online photo. Also mine is in a Macy’s box when it should be in Effy box with paperwork of authentication
