Never order this bracelet

Loved the bracelet when I received it. Soon after the chain snapped. Called the EFFY company, they insist on communicating only online. Uploaded everything they requested and they confirmed that and said they would contact me in 10 or so days. Never heard back, I knew I would have to pay for the repair, no problem, but it was silence from them.

I purchased the entire EFFY onyx set. Bracelet, necklace and earrings. In my opinion the style is simple but elegant. Understated but impressive. Goes well with jeans or little black dress. I love how diverse this jewelry is!

Looks cute, but the bracelets chain was so that it was apparently broken and lost. I only had it on my arm for 3 days. It was lost after 3 days. I just paid for nothing.

Lovely but may break

Stunning shine to the gold and the beads themselves. I gave this 3/5 because although I love dainty chains, I think this one is too thin for the weight of the balls and the fact they can catch on things because of their size. I'm worried about this chain breaking, so will need to be very careful wearing it. I was also confused because the online description indicates solid onyx, but the tag included with these and the earrings seems to say that these are pearls and then somehow treated with onyx. No idea how that could be done, but the Effy tag says what it says.
