The reviews were right!

I read the reviews and still ordered this ring praying it had the gold prongs but nope. The ring is completely silver. Honestly, it’s a minor detail that has a huge impact. Please update the online photo and description. It’s false advertisement.

Selling counterfeit Effy ring?

This ring does not have the 18K gold prongs as pictured and described. I reordered this ring and received the same ring back. I will be returning for the second time to see if Macy’s can get it right. I was charged more when I returned it the first time. Is Macy’s going to send me the correct ring and reimburse me for the time and gas it has taken to return this ring for the first and second time? And just so Macy’s knows even the Effy logo is not correct on the ring which makes me think it may be counterfeit.

Love It

The ring was everything I expected. Size of the stone is perfect. Gold finishing is not as noticeable as in the picture but the ring itself makes up for it

No Gold Prongs & less beefy for an Effy ring

I’m not sure what happened with the listing picture versus the actual item, but there is no gold in the ring I received. I called in to speak with someone about it, and they assured me the ring had gold prongs so there’s another one on the way. We shall see. Honestly, I doubt it and the hassle factor has now doubled.

There is no 18k gold in this ring.

There is no 18k gold in this ring. Very disappointed as I thought the little yellow gold touch made it more attractive, but this arrived in pure silver. No gold accents at all.
