Lopsided strung beads on chain

Unfortunately, the beads are strung off center. When clasped in the back the beads are not even on the right and left side by a couple of inches. It looks odd on my neck and I will be returning it in hopes of getting another one that isn't defective.

It’s terrible

I'm very disappointed. The chain I received was half as short, all tangled, and the knots in the beads were visible. I asked for a refund. It's terrible.

Total disappointment

That necklace came in a random Macy's box although I usually receive the EFFY brand items in an EFFY box. The chain portion of the necklace was in a huge knot. The beaded part is strung together and the string is frayed and exposed because it is longer than the beads can cover. This is the first time I am disappointed in a jewelry order from Macy’s. I will be sending it back for a refund
