I am beyond disappointed

I got these 14K Yellow Gold Turquoise Stud Earrings for my birthday about a month ago, and I’m beyond disappointed. Today, one of the turquoise stones literally fell out and is now completely lost. These were barely worn and definitely not abused, so there is no excuse for this kind of failure—especially for earrings that are supposed to be fine jewelry. For the price and for a brand like Effy, I expected much better quality and craftsmanship. Instead, I’m left with a useless single earring and a missing stone. This should not happen after only a month. Do NOT buy Effy jewelry. If you already bought these, return them immediately before the stones fall out on you too. Total waste of money and extremely disappointing.

Not as pictured

Really disappointed with these EFFY earrings. The push back is not gold, as you see in the pics the front is dark like tarnished. The turquoise is not shiny at all. Being returned.

Very disappointed. Stones were different size and did not match. Expected better quality from Effy. Returned.
