Only worked for a few months

We have been using this for a year now and need a new trash can. Does not open at all most of the time. We have tried wiping it off in case it was sticky and changing the batteries. Nothing helps. Exchanging for a fool proof step trash can.

A sure buy

it is great love it and the family does we don't have to touch the lid it is the best item i have had in a long time.

unable to return

I like d the looks. However it did not work. The lid would not open in the sensor mode or in the manual mode. I was unable to return because of the Covid 19 pandemic. I would really love if it can be replaced.

great design, motion-sensor works great

I'm a big fan of this trash can. The motion sensor is the most important bit, and while I haven't had it for very long yet, it's very accurate at detecting when my hand is above it and opens automatically. There's also a touch sensor in case it misses it, but I almost never have to use it. I like the lights that "count down" so I know how long the doors are going to stay open for. The bag attaches not to the can but another "liner" can inside of it, and that helps to keep things clean as well. Add in the stainless steel look, and this can, as long as it lasts long, is a winner.

Techy Trash Recepetical

This is probably the coolest trash can ever. It opens with a wave of the hand and closes automatically. It's great when you have your hands full or your hands are dirty. It's easy to use. The bag stays in place. I have a standard 13 gallon bag in there.

Functional and useful!

This trash has been a true blessing! Its sleek, practical, and so easy to use. I love the motion sensor that keeps the lid closed so it never smells. It also helps keep my puppy out of the trash! The bin is also large enough to last a few days. It does not come with batteries but those are easy to obtain!

Amazing features

This is the best trash can I've ever owned in my life. Fingerprint resistance, vented base for easy to clean and no smelly odors, motion sensors for opening and closing and hands free operation. Little to no effort to use this. Great design for down to earth to modern themes. Also on/off switch to still use if batteries are low or dead. Very quiet. All pros no cons.

Wonderful Product

I am in LOVE with this Deluxe Phantom trash can! The no touch sensor is amazing! Just touch your finger over the open or close picture and it does what it is suppose to. Over the weekend, I had company. I showed everyone the new garbage can and they loved it! My neighbors loved it so much that she ordered one online while standing in my kitchen! Yes, I promise its that amazing!
