Poor Customer Service and Product

The automatic lid stopped working 6 months after purchase. I have tried to contact EKO and no response.

Best trash can EVER

Absolutely fabulous find. No smell, opens and closes on time compact and beautiful. Easy to clean

Too long to close and open

Wasted to much batteries and hardly opened after using two weeks the cover will take more than ten second to open and close

not works more

I've been having it for more than a year, but It's not been working after about 8 months, even I changed the battery twice but there is no result. I am wondering if there is a solution?

Terrible/Stopped Working

Products stopped working less than 30 days of having even after changing batteries and trying to reset the sensor

Very Nice!!

I love this garbage can!! Hands full, no big deal, wave your hand, your knee over the sensor and it will open for you!! Kids always forget to close the lid, no need to worry anymore. Lid stays open for just long enough to throw something in, give it a second and it closes on its on. Very easy to set up, simply install batteries and good to go. Batteries were the only down fall I could find with this can. In today's rechargeable world, rechargeable would be awesome! Great product either way.

Nice features

I recently received the Horizon Motion Sensor trash can. This stainless steel trash can look great in my kitchen. It's not too big or too small, so it fits perfectly in the corner. I like the touch buttons that open and close the lid slot. My only concern is that it takes six AA batteries. I'm not sure if I bought the wrong ones are not. The lid is supposed to have this wave your hand feature, that's what makes it touch free. For some reason it doesn't work. I'm going to try different batteries to see if that helps. Other than that I really like it. It also has an on and off switch beneath the lid .

Nice!

I love this trash can! The brushed stainless steel surface looks fantastic. I adore the motion sensor. The lid of my previous can was always smudged and messy. Not a problem with this can. It looks so nice in my kitchen!
