Buyer Beware Customer Service needs improvement

I recently purchased 4 stools. Upon delivery, I realized one of the boxes was crushed and re taped. After my husband openes one of the boxes , He was able to assembly two of the four stools perfectly. The crushed box had everything but the pole in the middle that holds everything together. I immediately contacted the company first because the stools are not sold by Macys. I also emailed the seller with no response until now. Extremely unprofessional. The company rep informed me that she would send out the parts along with some type of confirmation that day. Fast forward 48 hours later, I called again and I was told that's a tracking number has to be made available, then I can receive an email and if the warehouse does have the part or not I will be contacted by close of business. In 2025, business should NOT be contacted way better.
