Beautiful but packaged wrong

Hi these dishes are nice but one of the plates were chopped. Not sure what to do I don’t want to return them. Maybe I will contact customer service and see what my options are.

First time we used them one of the bowls was chipped when washing the dishes. Cannot find how to replace the dish.
