Great Set for the Cost!

I like this style of dinnerware. It was perfect for the effect I was going for and I got compliments on it immediately. The review would have been a 5 but one of my mugs was broken. I called the number on the enclosed card and my replacement was initiated immediately. Thanks Elama, I think I have a winner with my new dinnerware!!!

Terrible quality

This dinnerware is just waste of money! The quality id terrible! There are many holes and stains on all the pieces. I found better price and great quality of dinnerware in other brands. The seller will send you a card including their warranty conditions and email address. I contacted them and asked them regarding the possibility of changing this dinnerware with a better quality product and they have never responded to my emails.
