The mugs are off-white instead of pure white, so I’ll be returning them. The quality seems good, though.

Lovely!

These mugs are amazing! I had another set of mugs of a different brand that kept chipping. I bought these ones to replace them and they have been great so far. Highly recommend them!

Great quality.

I was surprised to see the great quality of these mugs. Perfect for formal or everyday use. I'm very pleased with how they were packed with layers of protection to prevent breakage. If I ever needed more mugs I would purchase the same brand.

On The Small Side, But I Like Them A Lot

I'm still hanging on to my big ol' coffee mug, the one that holds a gallon of coffee I need first thing in the morning, but these smaller coffee cups were an attractive purchase. They don't chip in the dishwasher, they're easy to wash by hand, and they don't hold stains.
