never worked

This machine never worked. I emailed the company multiple times including requested videos of the machine just not working. I kept getting messages that I needed to adjust a knob ect. This went back and forth until the short warranty period expired. now I have a useless huge heavy snowcone maker as a reminder to never purchase anything from that company again.
