Good lamps, just with somewhat wonky shades

My lamps look and work great for the most part. The shades are a little wonky and it can be hard to adjust them just right, but other than that, they complement my bedroom nicely.

Try doing this before sending back.......

I agree that the lamps are beautiful! I had problems with the lamp shades and quickly discovered the problem. I turned the lamp shades upside down (actually the right way) then it all came together. I am able to turn my lamps on/off, plus the light blub cannot be seen! be seen!
