Looks great, hard to install.

Needs an octagonal electrical box, which is not mentioned anywhere on the listing. Mounting hardware is not the correct size. Impossible to tighten with the provided screws. Needs #8-32 x 1-1/8 screws and comes with #8-32 x 1-1/2.
