Mechanical problems
I have had this less than a year and some of the icons on the display/touchscreen don't show up anymore. I reached out to the company for help since it should be under warranty but it is concerning and I wanted to pass the info along.
would not buy again
The entire unit gets very hot, and I have had to adjust all of the temperature settings.
Not The Best
The heating element should be on the back side. Food burns easily in this air fryer. I had high hopes from all the positive reviews but I will be bringing my old air fryer back out, it's so much better than this product.
Not a huge fan
I wish this had ended up being as awesome as it looked. It's aesthetically pleasing & such a great size if you don't have a ton of counter space. Sadly, it mostly just burns anything you put in it. We have tried all of the settings (except dehydrate) and baking seems to work the best out of all of them, but even that's not great. Air frying always ends with food burnt on the outside & never quite finished on the inside. Trying to toast anything means dry, overly cooked food. Maybe it's amazing at dehydrating, but that's not primarily what we needed it for, so the search continues. I wouldn't recommend it.
Value for the cost
This little airfryer has a retro look which I love because it small enough to keep on the countertop. A few color options to better match my kitchen would have been nice, but oh well... I haven't tried all the functions, using it mainly to make toast, reheat and crisp up leftovers like pizza or revive stale cookies. The heat element is above so it is easy to overly brown the top food should be rotated. runs very hot and will often burn the top of something if you don't put it on the lower shelf and keep a close eye on it. Adjustments can easily be made with the temp and time. The manual could be better. The chicken drumsticks I made burned on the top as did the croissant, so watch it closely and rotate foods when possible, and place items on the lowest shelf. I am learning and practicing what adjustments to make. Be sure to oil the air fry basket because it is difficult to clean otherwise. I also put foil on the tray for easy clean up.

Nice size and options once figured out
Nice size, the multiple racks are nice and the aluminum vs plastic interior of others. Bad part is poorly written instruction booklet. No real explanation that you need to wait after choosing an option in menu, for it to take, that temperature light keeps blinking until the oven reaches the desired level, and there is a misprint in the book where option ''4'' is omitted in the diagram (option 4 is actually 5). I finally figured out how to use it, but there was no help with booklet or in youtube.
Good so far
So far it's good, I am reserving my major review until I have a chance to use all of the features. It is attractive and occupies an otherwise useless corner on my counter. That is a plus!
