bad shape when receied

I have pictures. The package was torn open the comforter has holes in it also stained. It was supposed to be a Xmas present. PLEASE Help...

It is fully washable, and when washed according to the instructions in cold water on a gentle cycle and dried on low or air dry, it maintains its loft and softness.

Your comment about it not washing well is an assumption, as this comforter is designed to withstand proper laundering. Many customers use and wash it regularly with no issues. Charter club sheets always a winner.

Charter club sheets are always a winner. These are some of the most beautiful, soft, long lasting sheets. I have two sets that are 30 years old and they are just now. Looking a bit worn, which is why I bought new ones. Thank you, Macy's. They were affordable, after all.
