Comforter

This item is a gift so I'm not sure on the quality yet but it looks great. The color is exactly what I wanted. The ordering and shipping process was excellent. The sale was incredible and it got here so unbelievably quick. They communicated with me every step of the way. I am impressed with the way Macy's does their online orders and will absolutely be ordering from them more often. Thank you for making my Christmas a little less stressful.

bad shape when receied

I have pictures. The package was torn open the comforter has holes in it also stained. It was supposed to be a Xmas present. PLEASE Help...
