Thank you for your feedback. However, I believe there is a misunderstanding. The shell itself is truly 100% cotton. The polyester portions are the mesh gusset and the piping. This is also verified if you read the Care/Law Tag. This is explained here as well. I do apologize for the confusion but the shell is 100% cotton as advertised.
