I have Ella Jane down duvets and I adore them... Unfortunately the pillows leave something to be desired. I purchased 4: 2 Queen firm/soft & 2 King firm/soft. Honestly, neither have enough loft. They just pack down and feel like the Carter Club pillows I was replacing after years of use. I had high hopes! The duvets, tho....that's where Ella Jane shines.

This pillow is a piece of heaven! It fluffs nicely and molds to your needs. I have another of these and it has traveled the world with me and ten years later is still perfect.

When I opened the box there was a very strong perfume smell from the pillow packaging; and unfortunately the pillow smelled the same, but to a lesser degree. I hung it on the line for a few days and thankfully the smell disappeared. After that a dream come true. Just right for my sleep position.

Ella Jayne White Down Soft Pillow
I read the reviews that people received used pillows, as evidenced by soil and perfume smells. Needless to say, I was skeptical. Today, my pillow arrived smelling of perfume on one side. The Ella Jayne company should be ashamed of themselves for selling returns and used items. Macy should stop carrying this company's items.

I love this pillow and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a softer pillow, yet, just the right amount of substance to stay firm enough where it keeps your neck aligned while sleeping. I’m someone who really likes softness in a pillow while sleeping, so keep that in mind when looking to order. I’ll definitely buy this pillow, again!

Not really that firm. Purchased 6 queen down pillows, different brand, at the same time and they are much firmer.

Had to return it. It had been used. There was an unbearably strong cologne scent and a mark (indentation) from someone’s head. Very disappointing.
