Wrong order

I ordered a firm queen Ella Jayne. I suppose to receive the pillow 3-6 days. After about 32 days a soft queen Ella Jayne pillow was delivered instead of the firm one. I’m really disappointed.

Fine Quality Down Pillow

I recently purchased an Ella Jayne white down pillow and found that it surpassed my expectations. While the label states”At least 75% goose down,”I believe it’s more like 85%. I have a number of down pillows but this super soft one is my favorite.

The Ella Jayne White Down Firm Density Pillow is designed to provide firm support for side and back sleepers, but because it is filled with premium RDS-certified down, it will always feel naturally plush rather than stiff like a foam pillow. A firm down pillow does not behave the same way as a firm synthetic or memory foam option.

It sounds like the softness of real down simply was not the right match for your preference. If you prefer a pillow with very rigid or elevated support, our down alternative firm models are a better fit.
