Very disappointed 😒😖😩👎🏼😡

I have not received the chairs yet and I have not received a delivery date and time. This is so disappointing!!! I was assured that I was going to get a call setting up the day and time. I have called several times and put on hold for more than 45 minutes each time and still no time was given. Macy’s has some of the worst customer service here lately. I am a senior and I asked if the items were going to be delivered regular UPS and was told no. I was told before I ordered that they would call me to set up a day and time window for delivery. They would also bring the chairs inside my unit and I would have to sign for the delivery. I would have never ordered from Macy’s if I knew your word meant nothing!!! 😡☹️👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
