My 4th cup I only
My 4th cup I only bought the fourth one because One 2 handle broke and you guys gave me a new one thank you. The second two I bought the covers were no good. I didn’t know I could buy just a cup until last week the fourth one. I bought because I’m sick of the camp stove blue dots. You just wanted something different so I still have the fourth one with the new cover I bought and now the new black one and love them. I tell everybody how good they stay everything cold and warm definitely I’m a cheerleader for you guys

Well, putting the lid on top in the correct position is a challenge. It is difficult to get it started properly into the screw threads and trying to make sure that the hole ends up on the right side cause you can do it backwards. Did not seem to keep coffee as hot as my standard travel thermos.

New Fave!
The handle is perfect for my grip, and the overall size sits perfectly into my backpack. It's truly leakproof (good thing cause it gets knocked around!) and the insulation lives up to the hype. The cup sits perfectly flat, so no concerns putting it down as I work or go about my day. I'm planning to order some for Christmas presents this year!

The best.
Back for my third! I do prefer my older (2021) model to the current version. The newer model one is easier to clean, but the older model made it super easy to align the spout with one full spin. But I'm being picky. This is an amazing mug, holds up well to daily use, keeps drinks *so* hot and is reliably leak-proof. I have lost and found this mug multiple times, even leaving it at a park overnight in the cold and rain, and it kept on ticking. . . until my toddler launched it at the wall and the handle finally broke off. Can't blame Ello for that.

New favorite travel mug!
I love this travel mug! I got one for myself and one for my boyfriend. It's the perfect size, the handle is a huge plus, and the leak prevention works like a charm! Doesn't keep things warm quite as long as some other's on the market, but it's great for it's price!
