Dog hair and dirty

Received dress in bag but as soon as I opened the bag I could see dog hair and the dress looked dirty. Dress look nice but didn’t even tried it on and returned it

Defective zipper

First of all, the sizes I thought would fit were way too big. Returned and ordered a16 and 14. I accidentally ordered 2 16’s by mistake. They came. I probably could wear a 16 but I could not zip up the dresses up above the waist part where the skirt and bust meet. My daughter tried , my husband tried. Both 16’s had plenty of room. I will not even try on the 14 when it is delivered . Will sent it directly back. Very very disappointed and angry! The dress is beautiful!

Fails.

The dress fails in many ways. The fabric looks cheap and the tooling is out of control. The elastic band around the chest area is loose, not tight fitting to keep the ladies in place. It's very goth like in person. I'm returning it tomorrow. Hopefully they'll take it back. It didn't come from macys which i don't totally understand since i paid macys.

Need to be tall and long wsisted

The dress has a very full crinoline and a full bodice. If you are short waisted at all, you will not look good! But a longer waisted tall person could look elegant

unstitched

The dress is gorgeous I love everything about it, minus de zipper, I tried once and then I sent it to the drycleaners to be steamout/ironed (it was too puffy due to the "handling" of the package. Anyhow, yesterday I wear it for the first time and I notice a hole, it wasn't even the zipper but some how the dress unstitched. It wasn't tight enough to think it was because of that. So,maybe was just my bad luck and got the one with an undetected small damage. I would like to have it fix and keep it because as I said I do love everything about the dress, minus de zipper and the hole (unstitched part)
