Poor

I never received my item, reached out to Macy's and they verified there was a problem and still no resolve. This is not the first time I've order online and have not received my order nor received a refund. If I've ordered from Macy's and the merchandise is from an outside vendor, I feel Macy's should follow up. Here it is time to order for Black Friday and Christmas and I'm VERY hesitant.

When is it getting here?

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company, which directly ships from them to the customer. Absolutely awful service. I have been waiting 11 days for it.

I Love This dress

i bought this dress iam a size 14 and this fit perfectly good. I had alot of compliments. it's a bit heavy for people who are hot. I love it, it's perfectly fine for me. I would definitely recommend. my friends asked me where I bought it and they all want it. unfortunately it's sold out. I will be on the look out if it comes back.

Heavy denim

The dress is cute BUT it is like wearing a blanket. It is extremely heavy. Definitely winter weight.
