Worst customer service

Do not buy from marketplace. I wanted to return this because it was too big . It was well before 30 days return policy but store didnt accept the return and the meede return label. I called and got the email for return and they still didn’t accept the return. Now have to ship it ..not sure if i ever get mu money back.
