Rubber ruffle

While I love the color and style of this dress,the rubber henline is a deal breaker. No where in the description does it mention that the ruffle is made of rubber materials.It's very heavy and just looks ridiculous on.

This dress is so nice and perfect for my family reunion Banquet. I love it
