spot on dresss

the dress is very pretty and the fit was perfect however, the dress had a bad stain on the on the back were someone had previously worn the dress. I tried to call customer service but I have had no luck. I had to take the dress to cleaners hoping to get the stain removed. I received the dress today and I had to take dress to the cleaners today, hoping to save the dress.

Not shipped

I supposed to receive the shipment on 22nd but now they change date of delivery until 28th , I bought to use for my birthday , but now I have to buy another somewhere else. Bad experiences , they dont care. Awfull

Late arrival

The material was very tin, and it was very long long. I ordered the dress two weeks before I needed it and it arrived two hours before the invent. Needless to say I am taking it back for a refund.

Returning dress immediately

Very roomy, large shoulder pads & too much fabric in sleeves. Cuffs were very tight. This will be returned

Do not buy

I had to go to customer service to return this dress because it was 3rd party seller I did not even know that third party was a thing, the dress came damaged wrinkle, rolled up in a ball and stuffed in a bag no tags, if Macys is doing 3rd party sellers they need to notify their customer before purchasing I am very disappointed,
