Not real happy

after ordering a prior necklace that came in damaged and the chain was discolored, I checked to get another one and there was none. I had to upgrade to this Necklace and when I received in a couple of days before Christmas it too had a Discolored Chain. It's like it wasn't Plated correctly and had corroded. No Time to reorder so I had to drive to Penny's and purchase a seperate Gold chain for the Gift. I would have expected Much higher Quality from my wifes favorite store Macy's.....

VERY UPSET

Ordered my first gift and it came in damaged, missing a stone and chain was badly discolored. after going rounds on the phone i was told to return it and of course it was the last one so I had to pick another item and of course it cost allot more. Well it just came in today 3 days before christmas and it also had a bad chain like it wasnt plated correctly. No time to wait on a replacment and like the other one it was the last one. So I had to go locally and pay even more for a better gold chain. Highly upset with Macy's Product and No additional help was provided or Item cost reduced. May not buy from Macy's again...

the pendant is beautiful and what i expected. chain is cheap & was broken when I took it out of box. have to go out & buy a chain for it.

It’s a beautiful piece of craftsmanship

Item is very beautiful but it is really small compare to what the photograph showed. The photograph should be more realistic as a size on a person’s neck relatively.

A nice piece of jewelry at a reasonable cost.

The emeralds are a nice rich, green color with a bit of clarity sparkle. The little diamonds don’t show much on the sides mostly gold color, but a nice little piece of jewelry.
