Very disappointed

I received the emerald/white topaz flower studs as a gift in June. I wore them for 1st time in August and first time out, lost one of the studs. The backings were extremely loose, although II tried to push them on as tightly as possible. But when I got home from a special dinner, one was gone. Very expensive evening with loss of one beautiful earring. Poor, poor quality control to allow a loose fitting like that on a fine piece of jewelry. I buy tons of jewelry from Macy’s, never had this problem before. Hopefully, Macy’s will make this right and replace the missing earring.

Floral saphierre pair

Metal too cheap for quality (look of the stoned) post too short and thin. I lost on onfirst time i wore them just slide right of the post. The post are too short more fit for a child The stones looks very good. It would be nice if these were made with SCREW BACKS
