The chain is so tiny and came already tangled. I couldn't untangle it so I just decided to return it

Customer Service. And the Refund is terrible

Tried to get a refund sent it back they received it put on my purchase personal Viisa. Refund completed refunded my money. 12/20/2025. I never got my money when I called six different times got six answers not one of them told me where is my money 1on of them straight up lied to me said he resubmited request manually next person said it was never done. I still don't have my money back and know one can tell why I did not get it once said refund complete they know one knows but they no I never received my refund it's terrible I will never buy again I urge lnowomne not to you may have to return oi you can't get your money back it won't let me submit unless I check I mark will recommend it can't put name namd in. I will check the box just to get past I will not recommend it to anyone

Not what I ordered

I was led to believe this item was an emerald with small diamond stones and solid gold necklace. The necklace I received was cheap, not a real emerald, plastic at best.Very disappointed and will be returning.

the whole thing is cheap looking "diamond" totally invisible the so called emerald has practically no color. If I had seen it in store I would not even give it a second look. Returned it...

I bought for Christmas gift, and put away to wrap - then read the reviews. so I opened the box and it is not good. light chain. i wanted something that wouldn't tarnish due to allergies. need to return, but its 35 days. i hope i can at least get a store credit.

Emerald looks like plastic

Emerald looks like plastic. Found Cheaper lab created emeralds that look way better from Macy's. Hard to tell from the picture but almost looks scuffed in places. Disappointed in this one.
