Not what I ordered

I was led to believe this item was an emerald with small diamond stones and solid gold necklace. The necklace I received was cheap, not a real emerald, plastic at best.Very disappointed and will be returning.

the whole thing is cheap looking "diamond" totally invisible the so called emerald has practically no color. If I had seen it in store I would not even give it a second look. Returned it...

I bought for Christmas gift, and put away to wrap - then read the reviews. so I opened the box and it is not good. light chain. i wanted something that wouldn't tarnish due to allergies. need to return, but its 35 days. i hope i can at least get a store credit.

Emerald looks like plastic

Emerald looks like plastic. Found Cheaper lab created emeralds that look way better from Macy's. Hard to tell from the picture but almost looks scuffed in places. Disappointed in this one.

Sister loved the pendant not the chain.

So I bought this for my sister for Christmas. The chain is very thin …..she loves the pendant but hates the chain. Going to give her one of my thicker gold chains. I asked her if she wanted to send it back and she could you know go over to Macys and return it but she wants to keep it since I bought it for❤️ So this chain might look a little bigger online it’s not. this is why I had to give it three stars don’t put a beautiful emerald on a really thin chain..
