Used Jewelry Received

I received these earrings with no label in and a cardboard jewelry box. The identifying sku and price were scratched over with a sharper marker. It was clear that these earrings had been returned and worn previously because one earring was even bent. I did not pay for used jewelry and it is actually a health code violation to return used earrings! Disgraceful! I have always been a loyal Macys customer but not anymore . The online representatives and supervisors after over two hours provided me with an initiated return documenting the condition I received the earrings in. After all this I need to go back to the store and hear complaints about not accepting jewelry returns with no labels and damages. No acknowledgement and apologies for having sent a customer used, broken and unmarked jewelry? Macys jewelry department is struggling. Step it up again Macys! Put the customer satisfaction as a priority again including sending jewelry boxes like you use to and not cheap recycled paper.

Much smaller then it shows upper so delicate when I open it broke I had to return not worth even sale price

Broke bad quality

In the past if you bought from Macys you got quality but she only put the earrings in twice and they broke

very fragile

I loved these earrings. I received them as a gift from my husband. I was sad when I couldn’t even get them off the card without damaging them. They are way too fragile, even with 10k gold. Too bad I had to return them.
