Poor quality clasp

Nice looking bracelet, but arrived with a broken clasp. Was purchased as a birthday present but I could not give it to my wife. Decided not to buy a replacement once I saw everyone else complaining about this bracelet. Now I have no gift. Thanks!!

Poor quality emerald bracelet

Thes emeralds are hardly green. They are a washed out color green almost white. Macys jewelry quality has gone down over the years. This will be our last purchase from macys jewelry.

Emerald fell out

Wife not happy! After only one month and only wore a couple of times one of the emeralds fell out. Would like to get an exchange or refund

Returned it.

Looks great in the photo but is not sparkly at all. Looks like jade. Even the sales person who accepted my return didn’t recognize it as an emerald.
