THANK YOU EPICURIOUS

I have been using EPICURIOUS GRIDDLE for the last 1.5 years, and I don't have any complaints about it. I am fully satisfied with its performance. It heats up evenly and does not burn anything. It is made of high quality material and It is heavy duty. Its Handle is made of steel and silicon. Lastly it has a nice 12 inch size to it which makes it v good for making large pancakes or tortillas.

Burns food in the middle

Food burns in the center and do not cook on the edges. Terrible product.

Poorly designed and does not cook food properly

The metal circle on the bottom of the pan is set slightly higher than the rest of the pan so when you set it on the stove the majority of the pan does not come in contact with the stovetop. The only part that touches the stove is the small metal circle with Epicurious stamped on it. I tried making pancakes before I realized this and wondered why they weren't cooking properly. Threw the uncooked pancakes out. Tried another pan using the same batter and those pancakes cooked just fine. This is going back but I now have to spend more time returning and finding a different brand.

Good quality, heavy and durable

I am using it since 1.5 months but I don't have any complain about it. I am fully satisfied with its performance. Below is pros and cons. Pros:- 1) It is excellent. 2) It is made of high quality material. 3) It is dishwasher safe. 4) It is heavy. 5) It is oven safe up to 350F. 6) It is easy to cleanup. 7) Handle is made of steel and silicon. 8) Handle has "cool v”design. It is stove top cool to touch and ergonomically friendly. 9) It is durable. 10) Worth for money. Cons:- Not found anything yet.

Aluminum

The website says this pan is induction compatible. Not true. It's aluminum!

NOT induction ready

It is beautiful and looks well constructed. But it is NOT induction ready as the description states. It looks to have the ring on the bottom for induction, but as other have reported, this does not work on my new induction cooktop.
