Looks good in my kitchen. Easy to use and stainless frame gives it a high end look.

This microwave does not do what I intended when I purchased it : to heat/warm food, not yo cook. It does not heat food at a 3:00 setting.

I only use this microwave for warming—not for cooking and I does not get the food as hot as the one I replaced it with in 1 to 3 minutes. The combo feature seems good, but without strong microwave it is not. I will try with 4 or 5 minutes to get the desired hotness for my food.

Purchased about a month or so ago, and I love it. The controls are simple, and it has more features than this single gal needs, but I love it. It looks great, I used the faceplate to make it look built in, and it seems like a solid piece of equipment.

I am happy to have this microwave. It’s perfectly fit in my drawer cabinet & it’s very efficient.

This is on the higher price point for the microwave this size. Looks really cool but broke within a year of using it. I bought this in September 21 when I was getting my kitchen done. Started using it sometime in January 22. It completely stopped working in November 22. Less than one year of use and a little over one year after purchase. I reached out to corporate that they will stand behind the product but their answer was we are sorry. No point arguing . Threw this in the trash Please do not buy this

The microwave feature works great. Controls are very basic and uncomplicated. Works just like an old school microwave. I'm still trying to figure out the convection oven. The instruction sheet is useless. I was hoping to find an owner's manual online, but apparently it doesn't exist. I shouldn't have to call customer service to find out how to set temperature and time to roast a chicken or bake a batch of cookies. Very disappointing.

It was easy to install and the sleek stainless steel look is easy to care for. It cooks great and makes microwaving in the airstream convenient. Our Airstream had the original microwave still in it. This one came with an amazing Trim Kit and it fit perfectly into the space. We know that we made the right choice by purchasing the DECO CMO800.
