Erica armless chair
My chair is beautiful. I love it. But the delivery was not so good. They dropped the chair at my door before I could get to the door. I had to try and get that awkward shaped box inside myself. Thankfully it was wrapped in a cheese cloth.

Great chair. Pictured colors not accurate
The chair is both sturdy and attractive. I like the armless look because it is not so domineering in the room and balances other pieces nicely. My only objection is that the colors seem much darker than I expected from online photos so that was a bit of a disappointment. I expected colors to be brighter and background color to be closer to off white but it is colder to a linen color.

I was so excited to have this. but after assembling this chair, the chair legs length aren't right so that's out of balance. Moreover, I tried to add a photo in review, 1.36MB JPG file, but I can't upload. I'll have to reconsider buying furniture on Macy's.

What a beautiful chair! It's nice and wide. The colors are vivid and work well together. We love it and plan to order few more.

Nice chair with some issues
I love how the chair looks and it swivels very smooth! However, they sent the wrong bolt size. After a trip to the hardware to get the correct size bolts and washers (they sent 1" bolts), next came the disappointment that the hydraulic system is not working. The chair fits perfectly under my desk so I have decided to keep it. For the money paid, none of this should have been an issue.
