Nice chair with some issues

I love how the chair looks and it swivels very smooth! However, they sent the wrong bolt size. After a trip to the hardware to get the correct size bolts and washers (they sent 1" bolts), next came the disappointment that the hydraulic system is not working. The chair fits perfectly under my desk so I have decided to keep it. For the money paid, none of this should have been an issue.

Solid and comfortable great looking chair

It's a beautiful, sturdy and very comfortable chair of high quality. The color is more like a taupe/light brown than beige because close up, it's actually a tiny stripe of brown and beige. The brass rivets are great and match the wheels which have the same great vintage/industrial look. The only problem is the hydraulic which pops up when you get off it. I returned the first one because of it but the replacement is the same. I've gotten used to it and like everything else about it so I'm going to keep it.
