Disappointment

It's the wrong size. It is not 8.5" long as advertised. It is not a men's bracelet - too small. Appears to be a woman or child size. If this is all that is available, it does not fit my wrist. It only goes half way around my wrist. It is not what was advertised. I am very disappointed.
